MedInformatix Announces Texas Expansion
Underscoring its commitment to a vast and growing network of healthcare providers in Texas, RIS innovator MedInformatix has announced plans to expand its geographic footprint and will open office space in Austin. The move comes just two years after MedInformatix acquired RadPayor, the Texas-based computer assisted radiology coding provider. The announcement was made at The Baylor Club in Waco on the opening day of the annual meeting of the Texas Chapter of the Radiology Business Management Association.
“When we looked at expansion opportunities for our company, Texas, with its reputation for technology and innovation, as a well as an active and growing MedInformatix and RadPayor client community, has proven to be a great market for us,” said Pat McGonigle, President and CEO of MedInformatix. “I know Texans take great pride in their flag, and we could not be happier than to firmly plant the MedInformatix flag alongside it. We are thrilled to call the Lone Star State our second home.”

The MedInformatix Texas office will open in the second quarter of 2021.
