User Training

User training"Effective training means worry-free operation and maximum utilization of our system from the moment of installation."

MedInformatix offers extensive training for all users of our software through a variety of means – face-to-face, via the internet, or via CD-Rom.

Our corporate training center in Los Angeles provides Basic Pre-Implementation Training, Train the Trainers, EMR & Practice Management, Post-Implementation, Advanced System and New Upgrades Training. Full on-site training is also available.

MI Interactive, our web-based tool, allows us to deliver training in real-time to an unlimited number of remote locations. You no longer have to leave your office or lose precious days traveling.

Initial training is provided at our corporate offices or on-site during the preliminary planning and workflow assessment period. There are two branches to this training – 1) use of software modules and functions and 2) to” train the trainers” that will continue to train your staff once installation is underway, if so desired. This approach allows clients to reduce the cost of implementation particularly at large or multiple sites or where extensive growth is imminent.

On installation, training on specific modules and processes (scheduling, billing, claims etc) takes place. Your system “goes live” once installation and training is complete. Until then, you operate your business on your old system, minimizing down time and allowing for extensive testing and extra training, if required.
