Testimonial
"The implementation team has done an exceptional job here, and I think I speak for everyone when I say that we really enjoy working with them. There does not seem to be any request we can make that they can’t implement, and they accept all challenges with great enthusiasm. I don’t see how the “go-live” could have gone any simpler and given the complexity, this is no simple implementation. Truly, we will miss having them here."
- Charles H. Bruffey, MHA Chief Administrative Officer -- Salinas Valley Imaging
MedInformatix Stand Alone E-Prescribing Module
The e-prescribing initiative will be unfolding over the next couple of years, and CMS has provided practices incentives to enhance and increase adoption. Starting January 1, 2009, physicians who e-prescribe will receive a 2% bonus on their Medicare claim payments in 2009 and 2010. The 2009 requirements of standardizing the medication data table along NCDP guidelines, providing electronic submission through a certified SureScripts connection, and drug-to-drug interaction and allergy checking are all included in the MedInformatix Stand Alone E-Prescribing Module. In addition, our e-prescribing tool also allows formulary checking and has patient education sheets available for print.
There are two package options: the Basic E-Prescribing Module or E-Prescribing with Scheduling.
