Dear Valued MedInformatix Users,
You are cordially invited to our First Annual MedInformatix Joint User Group Meeting July 29-31, 2009, in Los Angeles, CA.
This is a 3 day meeting consisting of Training, Group Discussion and Social Events. This meeting is open to ALL SPECIALTIES.
You will receive a formal registration packet later this month providing further meeting details and hotel information.
1 Evening Reception will be held at the Embassy Suites Lobby. This event is complimentary for all overnight guests at Embassy Suites Hotel,if you are not a hotel guest at the Embassy Suites and would like to attend the Evening Reception, please contact Kristine Lowe for reception
tickets. Reception tickets are complimentary for meeting attendees.
2 Thursday Night Social is complimentary to all vendors, attendees and guests of attendees. Please contact Kristine Lowe if you plan to bring
guest to this event.
3 MedInformatix is located at 5777 West Century Blvd. Suite # 1700. Direction to the office will be distributed during the meeting. MedInformatix
staff will also be at the lobby of Embassy Suite Hotel to provide direction.
4 Site Specific Training will be conducted at the Embassy Suites Hotel meeting rooms. Attendees participating in Site Specific Training should
have a prioritized list prepare prior to the meeting.

Site Specific Training
Design for all attendees, this Site-specific
training class allows you to go over training topics
specific to your practice. Small class with 6-1
attendee to instructor ratio provides a more
intimate setting for training and Q/A. Limited
availability, first come, first serve.
* Round table session may be combine/split based on
number of attendees in the group.
There will be break out sessions on Wednesday and Thursday to accommodate different user-level and specialties. We may offer additional courses on Friday, please refer to the final meeting guide for detail.
Registration fee is $250/day per attendee. You are free to pick and choose the days you’d like to participate. We are extending the 20% off Early Bird Discount until April 30th, 2009. All registration received before April 30th will qualify for the discounted rate at $200/day per attendee.
Hotel rate is estimated at $125.00 per night. Hotel offers complimentary shuttle service to/from LAX.
