Louisville, Kentucky — January 19th, 2009 — Soteria Imaging began its search for a new RIS with billing (or practice management system) over ten months ago. They reviewed more than ten systems, called well over fifty references, and made a few onsite visits to existing customers. Given that Soteria is an outpatient imaging provider with nineteen imaging facilities located in nine states and no radiologists on staff, they had a few requirements of the systems.
