PhoneTree Launches VoiceWave Online
PhoneTree, a communication software company specializing in messaging solutions for faith-based, healthcare, business and other organizations, introduced VoiceWave Online.
Designed for non-healthcare industries, this new web-based, full-featured voice, text and email solution allows multi-user anytime, anywhere access. VoiceWave Online comprises a total messaging solution, or may be used as a supplement to the award-winning VoiceWave desktop solution.
‘We've had outstanding success over the years with our industry-leading desktop solutions,’ stated AJ DiBianca, PhoneTree founder and CEO, ‘and are extending our HealthWave hosted technology to serve other markets. Our customers told us they needed a complementary product to their desktop systems that was accessible anytime and anywhere with no contracts or restrictions.’
‘With the launch of VoiceWave Online and our recent move to downtown Winston-Salem, we're all very excited about the changes at PhoneTree and we look forward to bringing our customers more new product options in 2011,’ adds DiBianca, in a statement.
Myron Bryant of Antioch Missionary Baptist Church in Oviedo, Florida adds: ‘The VoiceWave Online solution is very efficient, easy to use and customer service was responsive and professional.’
